  • 32 oz Hash Brown Potatoes
  • 16 oz Bacon Cooked & Diced
  • 1 Medium Onion Diced
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper Diced
  • 12 Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • Salt Season to Taste
  • Pepper Season to Taste



  • Place a layer of frozen potatoes on the bottom of the slow cooker, followed by a layer of bacon, onions, green pepper & cheese.
  • Repeat the layers two or three more times, ending with a layer of cheese.
  • In a bowl beat the eggs, add milk & salt & pepper together.
  • Pour the mixture over the layers.
  • Cover & turn on low.
  • Cook for 12 hours.
