Orange Maple Glazed Salmon
Turn oven to broil.
Mix dry rub together. Garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt and pepper.
Pat salmon dry with a paper towel.
Place salmon on a foil lined baking sheet, (skin down), then broil for 5 minutes.
Combine maple syrup and orange juice in a bowl.
After salmon cooks for 5 minutes, brush maple syrup and orange juice over each fillets.
Then sprinkle crushed pecans on top and cook for additional 3 minutes.
Make sure not to over cook the salmon.
After 3 minutes take out and top with orange zest.
